Horseradish Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
This is a great accompaniment to beef, especially our Fillet of Beef recipe.
Courses: Sauces| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Well-drained horseradish - or to taste |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh chives |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco sauce |
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
This recipe yields about 1 1/8 cups.
