Grilled Lobster With Dijon Mustard Recipe - Cooking Index
Have your lobsters split and cleaned at the fish market, grill them immediately and serve with a nice white wine! It's quick and easy to make and nothing is more luxurious for a dinner party or special gathering than serving fresh, grilled lobster.

1/2 cup | 118ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped fresh Italian parsley |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco sauce |
Juice of 2 lemons | ||
8 | Lobsters - (1 lb ea) - split, cleaned |
Combine the butter, mustard, parsley, Tabasco, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Turn the lobsters over and brush the cavities and tail meat with the butter mixture.
Place the lobsters on a hot grill, cavity-sides down, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on high heat. Turn the lobsters right-side up, brush again with the butter sauce, and move them to the cooler edges of the grill. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with the remaining warm butter mixture.
