Grilled Andouille With Sweet And Hot Mustard Recipe - Cooking Index
You can use either Andouille or spicy Polish sausage for this recipe.

Hot Mustard Sauce | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Dijon Mustard |
1 cup | 237ml | Honey |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper |
Mix all the ingredients for the Hot Mustard Sauce and set aside.
Grill the sausages on a medium to high fire, turning frequently until cooked and the skin is crispy and dark.
Cut into 1 inch pieces and serve with toothpicks and the sweet and hot mustard sauce.
