Five Spice Marinade/Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlSoy sauce
3 tablespoons 45mlChinese five-spice powder
1 tablespoon 15mlGranulated garlic
4 tablespoons 60mlHoisin sauce
1 cup 237mlWater

Recipe Instructions

Blend well, and marinate chicken for at least 2 hours. Baste the chicken on the grill during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Just before serving, reduce the remaining marinade by boiling to about 1/3 of original volume, and spoon over the chicken.
