Curry Marinade/Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Soy sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Curry powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cumin |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Granulated garlic |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Paprika |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Canola oil |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Blend well, and marinate chicken for at least 2 hours. Baste the chicken on the grill during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Just before serving, reduce the remaining marinade by boiling to about 1/3 of original volume, and spoon over the chicken.
