Chimichurra Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
Although this sauce is specifically made for beef, it is also a great marinade for chops, salmon, and chicken.

| 1 | Fresh parsley | |
| 15 | Garlic cloves - peeled | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| Juice from 1/4 lemon |
Rinse and clean the parsley, removing the larger stems, then place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the garlic and parsley have been reduced to a size slightly less than a 1/4 inch -- chopped but definitely not pureed.
Store it in the refrigerator and let the sauce warm slightly before serving.
