London Broil Turkey Recipe - Cooking Index
Turkey cuts suitable for grilling include tenderloins, thighs, breasts and breast steaks, drumsticks and whole turkeys. Use 1/2 cup marinade for each pound of turkey. Use the marinade only for soaking the meat and not as a dipping sauce. Instead, prepare a double portion of the mixture and reserve half of it for the sauce.
