Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Cocktail sauce |
Peel and devein the shrimp, then thread 8 or so of them onto skewers. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper, then grill on a medium-hot grill until they are opaque.
Serve immediately with cocktail sauce.
