Grilled Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
This one is remarkably simple, but wonderful off the grill.
Type: Vegetables4 | Potatoes - (to 6) (large) | |
Olive oil - as needed | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Butter - for serving |
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Then brush them with olive oil and sprinkle them lightly with salt.
Place them directly on the grill, turning them occasionally, for about 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown (they should easily pierce with a fork).
Serve with butter, salt and pepper.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
