Grilled Lobster Tails Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lobster tails - thawed if frozen (large) |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Melted butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper |
Split the tails lengthwise in half and leave the meat in the shells. Place the tails shell-side down on the grill and brush with a mixture of the butter and cayenne.
Cook until the shells turn red and the tails are just cooked through, constantly basting with the butter/cayenne mixture to keep them moist. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
