Asian-Style Peanut Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Creamy peanut butter |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Rice vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hoisin sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Asian sesame oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chile paste |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated fresh ginger |
1 | Serrano chile - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chile oil |
Spoon the peanut butter into a blender or food processor. Add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, the brown sugar, sesame oil, chile paste, ginger, minced chile and the chile oil. Process the sauce until smooth.
