Turkey Baste Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - softened |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Poultry seasoning |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sweet basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sage |
Mix all ingredients together. Baste on turkey every 30 minutes after the first hour of cooking.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup.
