Mustard Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Dijon mustard |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Minced parsley |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Grated dried orange or lemon peel |
1/2 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Dried rosemary leaves - crushed |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Mix together. Store in refigerator in air tight container.
This recipe yields about 4 cups.
