Mustard Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Brandy |
1 cup | 237ml | Dijon mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Green peppercorns - crushed |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pink peppercorns - crushed |
Reduce brandy by half over medium heat. Then add the rest of ingredients and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
