Lemon And Lager Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced garlic |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Lager |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
3 oz | 85g | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly-ground black black pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped mixed fresh herbs |
Mix all of the ingredients together in a nonreactive bowl or pan.
For chicken pieces, marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
For fish or seafood, marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.
This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
