Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Ketcup |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Jack Daniel's whiskey |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Hot pepper sauce |
Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Great on beef ribs.
