Cajun Ragin' Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
This blend dances on your taste buds. Pair it with pork ribs or shoulder, or try it with a meaty fish, such as snapper or redfish.
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Celery salt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Freshly-white pepper |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried thyme |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried sage |
Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool, dark pantry.
This recipe yields about 1 1/4 cups.
