| 8 tablespoons | 120ml | Light brown sugar - (tightly packed) | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Kosher salt | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-ground black pepper | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne pepper | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Jalapeño seasoning | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Old Bay Seasoning | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Rubbed thyme | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion powder | 
Simply mix together. Use liberaly.
This recipe yields 1 1/8 cups.
