Beet Fettuccine With Caviar

1/2   Beet fettuccine or
6 oz 170gUncooked fettuccine
1/3 cup 78mlSour cream
1/4 cup 59mlMilk
2 tablespoons 30mlGrated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper
1   Green onion - (with top)
  Thinly sliced
1 tablespoon 15mlCaviar

Recipe Instructions

Cook fettuccine as directed in recipe or on package; drain. Heat remaining ingredients except caviar over low heat, stirring constantly, just until hot. Toss with hot fettuccine. Spoon caviar on top.
