Barbecue Dry Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Ground paprika |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Coriander seed - toasted, crushed |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Cumin seed - toasted, crushed |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Light-brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Combine the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Generously coat fish fillets, chicken, or meat with the dry rub before cooking.
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
