8 | Louis Rich Turkey Bacon - cut 1/4" pieces | |
1 | Potato - cut small cubes (medium) | |
2 | Green onions - thinly sliced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
1 | Cholesterol-free egg product - (8 oz) | |
= (or 4 eggs, beaten) |
Place turkey bacon and potato in nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in onions and chili powder. Pour egg product evenly over mixture; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes or until mixture is set. Cut into 4 wedges.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
