Saturday Skillet Breakfast

Recipe Ingredients

8   Louis Rich Turkey Bacon - cut 1/4" pieces
1   Potato - cut small cubes (medium)
2   Green onions - thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChili powder
1   Cholesterol-free egg product - (8 oz)
  = (or 4 eggs, beaten)

Recipe Instructions

Place turkey bacon and potato in nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring frequently.

Stir in onions and chili powder. Pour egg product evenly over mixture; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes or until mixture is set. Cut into 4 wedges.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
