Mediterranean Grilled Steak Wraps Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Kraft Italian dressing |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh mint - (optional) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange - peeled, chopped (large) |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped red onion |
1 | Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - (4 oz) | |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Boneless beef skirt steak |
4 | Flour tortillas - (10" dia) | |
= (or six 8"-dia flour tortillas) |
Mix dressing and mint. Toss 1/2 of the dressing mixture with orange, onion and feta cheese.
Place steak on greased grill over medium coals. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing frequently with remaining dressing.
Slice steak into thin strips. Top tortillas with steak strips and orange mixture; wrap.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
Great Substitute: Substitute 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts for skirt steak.
