Hot Feta Artichoke Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Artichoke hearts - (14 oz) - drained, chopped | |
1 | Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - (8 oz) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Kraft Real Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Di Giorno Shredded Parmesan Cheese |
1 | Diced pimientos - (2 oz) - drained | |
1 | Garlic clove - minced |
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion.
Serve with assorted crackers or pita triangles.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
Make-Ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking; cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
