4 cups | 948ml | Cubed cooked potatoes |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped onion |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Butter or margarine |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
4 | Eggs | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
Cook and stir potatoes, green pepper and onion in butter in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Break eggs over potato mixture. Cover; cook until eggs are set. Top with cheese. Cover; continue cooking until cheese is melted.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
