Tomato slices - as needed | ||
Fresh basil leaves - as needed | ||

Basil & Tomato - (8 oz) - thinly sliced | ||
Red onion slices - as needed | ||
Olive oil - as needed |
Spread 1 side of each bread slice with hummus. Top with chicken slices, tomato, basil leaves, feta cheese, onion and second bread slice.
Brush outsides of sandwiches with oil. Cook sandwiches in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
This recipe yields 4 sandwiches.
Great Substitutes: Try 1 package (6-oz) Louis Rich Carving Board Grilled Chicken Breast Strips in place of chicken.
