Caesar Potatoes

Recipe Ingredients

1   Good Seasons Gourmet Caesar or
  Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/4 cup 59mlVinegar
3 tablespoons 45mlOil
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozRed potatoes - cut into chunks
1 lb 454g / 16ozRed or green pepper - cut into 1" pieces (medium)
1 lb 454g / 16ozOnion - cut into 1" pieces (medium)

Recipe Instructions

Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on envelope with vinegar and oil, omitting water. Toss remaining ingredients with dressing mixture. Spoon evenly onto double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil; close foil to form tightly-sealed pouch.

Place on grill over medium coals. Grill 30 to 35 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through grilling time to prevent burning.

This recipe yields 6 (3/4-cup) servings.

To Bake: Prepare as directed except for grilling. Spoon evenly into 15- by 10- by 1-inch baking pan lined with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender.
