| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped cucumber |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chopped carrot |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Reduced-Fat |
| Salad Dressing | ||
| 4 | Pita breads - cut in half | |
| 2 | Tomatoes - sliced (small) | |
| Spinach leaves - as needed |
Mix cucumber, carrot and dressing.
Line each pita bread half with tomato slices and spinach leaves. Fill with cucumber mixture. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, if desired.
This recipe yields 4 sandwiches.
