Vegetable Pita Pockets

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped cucumber
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozChopped carrot
1/2 cup 118mlKraft Light Done Right Ranch Reduced-Fat
  Salad Dressing
4   Pita breads - cut in half
2   Tomatoes - sliced (small)
  Spinach leaves - as needed

Recipe Instructions

Mix cucumber, carrot and dressing.

Line each pita bread half with tomato slices and spinach leaves. Fill with cucumber mixture. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, if desired.

This recipe yields 4 sandwiches.
