Spinach And Feta Pasta Salad

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz	227g	Cooked mostaccioli or penne pasta
2 tablespoons	30ml	Olive oil
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Quartered cherry tomatoes
4 cups	948ml	Fresh spinach - washed, and
		Stems removed,
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Chopped green onions
8 oz	227g	Atnenos Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato - crumbled

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Great Substitute: Try 1 package (8-oz) Atnenos Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb in place of Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato.
