2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Quartered cherry tomatoes |
4 cups | 948ml | Fresh spinach - washed, and |
Stems removed, | ||
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions |
8 oz | 227g | Atnenos Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato - crumbled |
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
Great Substitute: Try 1 package (8-oz) Atnenos Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb in place of Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato.
