Simple Summer Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
If using a combination of meat and vegetables, marinate in separate containers.

1 | Broiler-fryer chicken - (3 to 3 1/2 lbs) - cut up |
Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on envelope. Pour over chicken; cover. Refrigerate several hours to overnight to marinate.
Drain; discard dressing. Place chicken on greased grill over medium-hot coals. Grill, covered, 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
