Herbed Pita Chips Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried thyme leaves - crushed |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried oregano leaves - crushed |
1 | Pita bread - (12 oz) - 6 rounds |
Mix olive oil, garlic and seasonings.
Split each pita bread in half to form 2 rounds. Brush each pita bread round with oil mixture; cut into 8 wedges. Place on cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
This recipe yields 8 dozen.
