Guacamole Dip

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons 45mlFully-ripe avocados - peeled, pitted (medium)
1/2 cup 118mlTaco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N
  Chunky Medium Salsa
1   Good Seasons Roasted Garlic or
  Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 teaspoon 5mlFresh lemon juice

Recipe Instructions

Mash avocados with fork or potato masher until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips and assorted cut-up vegetables.

This recipe yields 2 cups.

Variation: Serve as a dip in a tostada shell lined with lettuce. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced pitted ripe olives, chopped tomatoes and chopped green onions. Store, covered with plastic wrap, in refrigerator.
