Guacamole Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fully-ripe avocados - peeled, pitted (medium) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N |
Chunky Medium Salsa | ||
1 | Good Seasons Roasted Garlic or | |
Italian Salad Dressing Mix | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lemon juice |
Mash avocados with fork or potato masher until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips and assorted cut-up vegetables.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
Variation: Serve as a dip in a tostada shell lined with lettuce. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced pitted ripe olives, chopped tomatoes and chopped green onions. Store, covered with plastic wrap, in refrigerator.
