1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Cauliflowerets |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrots - diagonally sliced |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Sliced yellow squash |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Snap peas |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Red bell pepper strips |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion wedges |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 | Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix |
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
Stir in vinegar and salad dressing mix; cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
Variation: Prepare as directed, using 7 cups of any combination of your favorite cut-up vegetables.
