Feta Spinach Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz) - thawed, drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Kraft Real Mayonnaise |
1 | Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - (4 oz) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sliced pitted kalamata olives |
= (or sliced pitted ripe olives) | ||
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped drained roasted red pepper |
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables or pita bread wedges.
This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups
Great Substitute: Try 1 package (4-oz) Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic and Herb in place of Traditional Feta Cheese.
