1/4 cup | 59ml | Kraft Real Mayonnaise |
1 | Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with | |
Garlic & Herb - (4 oz) | ||
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped kalamata olives |
= (or chopped green olives) | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 | Focaccia bread round - (10" dia) | |
Leaf lettuce - as needed | ||
1 | Roasted red peppers - (7 oz) - drained, and | |
Cut into strips |
Mix mayonnaise, feta cheese, olives and parsley.
Slice bread in half horizontally. Spread 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture over bottom half of bread. Layer with lettuce and red pepper strips.
Spread top half of bread with remaining mayonnaise mixture; place over fillings. Cut into wedges before serving.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
Great Substitute: Try 1 package (4-oz) of your favorite variety Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese.
Make-Ahead: Wrap sandwich tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
