Feta Frittata

Recipe Ingredients

10   Bread - cubed
10   Eggs
1   Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 cup 237mlMilk
1   Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - (8 oz)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozKraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped red pepper
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped parsley - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Arrange bread cubes on bottom of greased 13- by 9-inch baking dish.

Mix eggs, salad dressing mix, milk, cheeses and red pepper in bowl. Pour mixture evenly over bread cubes.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Top with parsley before serving.

This recipe yields 12 servings.

Make-Ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking; cover. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 375degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
