1 | Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - (8 oz) | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped red pepper |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped parsley - (optional) |
Arrange bread cubes on bottom of greased 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
Mix eggs, salad dressing mix, milk, cheeses and red pepper in bowl. Pour mixture evenly over bread cubes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Top with parsley before serving.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
Make-Ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking; cover. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 375degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
