1 | Frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes - (32 oz), thawed | |
1 | Container Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cre - (16 oz) | |
1 | Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - (8 oz) | |
1 | Condensed cream of chicken soup - (10 3/4 oz) | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped roasted red peppers |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Di Giorno Grated Parmesan Cheese |
Mix potatoes, sour cream, feta cheese, soup and peppers in large bowl. Spoon into greased 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over potato mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Stir before serving.
This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
Variations: Substitute 1 package (8-oz) Athenos Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb or Basil & Tomato.
