Curried Salmon Salad Sandwiches Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Red salmon - (14 3/4 oz) - drained, flaked | |
2 | Claussen Kosher Dill Minis - chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped red onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Golden raisins |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Kraft Real Mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Curry powder |
6 | Whole wheat pita breads | |
6 | Lettuce leaves |
Mix salmon, pickles, onion and raisins in medium bowl. Mix mayo and curry powder; stir gently into salmon mixture.
Fill each pita bread with about 1/4 cup salmon mixture and 1 lettuce leaf.
This recipe yields 6 sandwiches.
