1 | Philadelphia Cream Cheese - (8 oz) - softened | |
1 | Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - (4 oz) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh basil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped sun-dried tomatoes |
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
Serve as a spread on bagels, crackers or fresh vegetables.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
