1/4 cup | 59ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped anchovy fillets |
8 cups | 1896ml | Torn romaine lettuce |
1 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Croutons |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Di Giorno Shredded Parmesan Cheese - (2 oz) |
Mix oil, garlic, juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and anchovies. Toss lettuce with oil mixture until evenly coated. AddD croutons and cheese; toss lightly.
