Chicken Feta Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Prepared pizza crust - (12" dia) | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil | 
| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Kraft Natural Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - divided | 
| 1 | Louis Rich Carving Board Italian-Style | |
| Chicken Breast Strips - (6 oz) - chopped | ||
| 1 | Tomato - chopped (medium) | |
| 1 | Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese | |
| With Basil & Tomato - (4 oz) | 
Place crust on cookie sheet. Spread crust with olive oil. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Top with chicken, tomato and feta cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes.
This recipe yields 8 appetizer or 2 to 4 main dish servings.
Special Extra: Sprinkle pizza with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil.
Great Substitute: Try Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb or Traditional Feta Cheese in place of Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato.
