Cheddary Artichoke Snacks Recipe - Cooking Index
20 | French bread - toasted | |
1 | Marinated artichoke hearts - (6 oz) - drained, chopped | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Prepared roasted red peppers - sliced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sliced green onion |
1 | Cracker Barrel Extra-Sharp | |
Natural Cheddar Cheese - (10 oz) - thinly sliced |
Top toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion.
This recipe yields 20 pieces.
