Breakfast Burritos

Recipe Ingredients

4   Oscar Mayer Bacon
2   Flour tortillas - (6" to 8" dia)
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozKraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2   Eggs
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped green chilies
  Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N
  Chunky Salsa - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp; drain. Place 2 bacon slices on each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.

Beat eggs and chilies; add to hot skillet. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until set.

Divide egg mixture between tortillas; fold tortillas over filling. Top with Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, if desired.

This recipe yields 2 servings.

To Make Ahead: Wrap filled burritos in foil; place in warm oven for up to 30 minutes.

Variation: Substitute 4 tablespoons Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Pieces or Bacon Bits for cooked bacon strips. Use 2 tablespoons for each tortilla.
