1 cup | 237ml | Pitted ripe olives or Greek olives |
3 | Plum tomatoes - cut into wedges | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Thinly-sliced red onion |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cucumber - peeled, and (medium) cut into wedges |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Kraft Special Collection Greek |
Vinaigrette Dressing | ||
1 | Atnenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - - (4 oz) |
Toss greens, olives, tomatoes, onion and cucumber in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
Greek Chicken Salad: Arrange 1 pound cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, over tossed salad.
Take a Shortcut: Add 1 package (6-oz) Louis Rich Carving Board Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.
