3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Sun-dried tomatoes - rehydrated and |

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil - optional |
Put cooked basmati into large mixing bowl. Toss hot rice with remaining ingredients using wooden spoons to avoid breaking grains. Serve immediately.
