Basil-Garlic Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh basil - chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese - freshly grated |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Pine nuts |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Fresh parsley - chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
| 8 | Garlic cloves |
Place all ingredients in food processor or in blender; cover and process until smooth.
This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
