Basic Fresh Pasta Dough

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 62g / 2.2ozUnbleached flour
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozSemolina or durum flour
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
3   Eggs - (or more), beaten

Recipe Instructions

PLACE ALL ingredients except egg into a food processor. Add the egg a bit at a time while pulsing. When the dough forms into pellets, you've added enough eggs.
