Basic Fresh Pasta Dough Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Unbleached flour |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Semolina or durum flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
3 | Eggs - (or more), beaten |
PLACE ALL ingredients except egg into a food processor. Add the egg a bit at a time while pulsing. When the dough forms into pellets, you've added enough eggs.
