Cucumber Salad With Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts Recipe - Cooking Index

Thinly sliced | ||
1 | Red onion - thinly sliced | |
4 oz | 113g | Small cooked shrimp |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts |
Dressing | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon or lime juice |
5 1/2 tablespoons | 82ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated ginger |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Finely-minced garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Chili garlic sauce |
= (or hot pepper sauce) |
Place cucumber and onion in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl; whisk until blended.
Once ready to serve, add shrimp and Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts to cucumber mixture. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
