Chinese Broccoli With Imperial Sauce

This makes a great side dish for any meal.

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozChinese broccoli or broccoli - chopped, trimmed,
  And cut bite-sized florets
  = (or bok choy, chopped)
2 tablespoons 30mlHoisin sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlSesame oil
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar

Recipe Instructions

Steam broccoli or bok choy until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes; transfer to large serving bowl.

Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oil and sugar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over broccoli, toss until well-coated and serve.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
