Sauteed Frogs' Legs Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 | Egg - beaten | |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Fine dry bread crumbs |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salad oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 1 | Garlic clove - mashed | |
| Parsley sprigs - for serving | ||
| Lemon wedges - for serving |
Dry legs thoroughly with paper towels; dip into beaten egg and let drain. Dip into crumbs and shake off excess. Heat oil and butter and add garlic; cook for 1 minute to season oil; add legs. Saute over high heat until lightly browned on both sides, a total of 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
