Oriental Marinade (excellent for ducks) Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sherry or port |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
1 | Onion - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated fresh ginger root |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated tangerine or orange rind |
1 | Salt - or to taste |
Combine all ingredients. Marinate 2 ducks, cut into pieces, in mixture for 4 to 12 hours, as required.
